SUNRUI wind power blade SR260 passed the static test successfully at one time

“Reach 100% test load, unload!” Recently, in Guangdong Jianheng Yangjiang wind power blade testing center, the SR260 blade, independently designed and manufactured by SUNRUI Wind Turbine Blade Corporation，completed the static test in four directions at one time and successfully passed the static test. This effectively verifies the reliability of the blade design and manufacturing, and confirms the company's reliable R&D capability and process quality control level.
In order to ensure the smooth completion of the blade static test, reduce the fluctuation of the test factors, since the SR260 blade into the static test workshop to prepare for the test work, SUNRUI Wind Turbine Blade Corporation's technical staff on site for the whole follow-up and technical support. During the preparation period, they recorded the blade status in time, checked the blade test attitude, side pull bracket position and other key test parameters one by one to see if they met the requirements. In the testing process, they recorded the blade response data in real time and compared with the design theoretical value. The final results show that the blade of each test direction of each test index measured value and design value are in line with the specification requirements. This also proves that the blade material, structure and process quality control level has been effectively verified.
Next, the blade will undergo fatigue testing to further verify the reliability of the blade.
The SR260 blade is suitable for class I wind area, impeller diameter reaches 260 meters, blade sweeping wind area of more than 53,000 square meters, the development process to achieve the ultra-long flexible blade air-elastic stability design and structural lightweight design, break through the carbon fiber pultruded plate overall molding and ultra-long blade shell infusion and many other process technology barriers.
