The First SR172 I 28 Blade Successfully Rolled off Production Line in SUNRUI Blade Binzhou Branch

Recently, the first SR172 I 28 blade successfully rolled off production line in SUNRUI Blade Binzhou Branch, which marks that Binzhou Branch of Xiamen SUNRUI Wind Turbine Technology Co., Ltd. has entered the stage of large-scale production.
Binzhou Branch of Xiamen SUNRUI Wind Turbine Technology Co., Ltd. was established in early December 2021. As another large-scale industrial base newly deployed by SUNRUI Blade in East China, the company is a major strategic measure taken by SUNRUI Blade to realize “14th Five-Year Plan” development strategic plan, to achieve the goal of multi-point layout in Bohai Rim region, to effectively radiate the main wind power bases in mid-eastern and northern regions, and to improve the competitiveness of regional market.
Facing the severe COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control situation, Binzhou Branch responded quickly and planned actively, made overall arrangements for epidemic prevention and control, and resolutely achieved “external anti-input and internal anti-rebound”, so as to combat the epidemic and ensure production. The company has completed 14 pre-production and living infrastructure supporting transformations, two production lines and supporting facilities installation, realized management and production team formation and pre-job training for new employees, and carefully planned the production process route.
After the close cooperation of various functional departments of the headquarters and the joint efforts of all employees of Binzhou Branch, the first SR172 I 28 blade was successfully rolled off the production line in Binzhou in mid-March. The rapid production of SR172 I 28 not only demonstrates the scientific planning and efficient management of SUNRUI Blade, but also fully shows the “Hami spirit” of “hard work and dedication”.
Binzhou Branch is equipped with 5-6 (3-10MW/70-110m) onshore and offshore wind turbine blade production lines. After reaching production capacity, the company can produce more than 260 sets of wind turbine blades annually and achieve an annual sales income of more than 500 million Yuan. It will help SUNRUI Blade to form a large blade production base, rapidly expand market share and enhance market competitiveness.
