To expand our team in Berlin, we are looking for:
Structural Analysis and Verification Engineer for Composites /
Rotor Blades for Wind Turbines (m/f)
Location: Berlin, Germany
Tasks:
· Structural design calculation of rotor blades for wind turbines in fiber composite construction
· Analysis and verification of structural calculations using numerical simulations (FEM) amongst others
· Preparation of certifiable documentation of analysis results
· Communication with external testing institutes, certification authorities, customers and service providers
· Development and advancement of software tools
Qualifications:
· A degree in engineering with a major in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering or comparable qualifications
· Knowledge in FEM tools (preferably Ansys)
· Ideally have worked for more than 2 years in rotor blade design for multi megawatt projects
· Experience in static and fatigue tests for wind turbine rotor blades
· Programming skills are beneficial
· Very good English and MS Office skills
· Flexibility and willingness to travel (China), several times per year
· Ability to work independently and self-organized, home office possible

Recently, 15 models of wind turbine blades from Sunrui Composite Materials successfully obtained the Product Carbon Footprint Label Certification issued by the Beijing Jianheng Certification Center. This marks the first time that the company’s products have received this certification, signifying a milestone breakthrough for Sunrui Composite Materials on its journey toward green and low-carbon development and affixing a trustworthy, eco-friendly label to its blades.

Sunrui Composite Materials was successfully recognized as a “Benchmark Enterprise for the Integrated Development of Next-Generation Information Technology and Manufacturing.”
